Fazer NORDIC GOURMET is a line of rustic breads with a characteristic crispy crust powdered with flour, and soft fluffy crumb. The inspiration to create this line was drawn by Fazer from the primeval Scandinavian nature itself.

“True bread — true nature — true packaging” — this is the principle that lies at the core of this concept. That is why nature has literally left its mark on the package. The original patterns on craft paper are actually the real prints of pine bark, branches and stones collected in the Nordic forest.
