Sweet news in Enoteca Pinchiorri, starred restaurant in Florence, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its birth, Unico72 chocolate was created, a refined blend of selected cocoa, Venezuelan Criollo and Papua New Guinea. For the logo we were inspired by the David di Donatello famous statue of the Florentine Renaissance symbol of strength and beauty.

We were among the first to have been able to taste it and we were unable to stop until the end of the bar.

Created under the supervision of Chef Riccardo Monco and the precious help of Angiolini. The illustrations was made by Bianca Sangalli Moretti and Gianluca Patti.
